Waterbird

Based on the mood of a classical waterbird painting, this design was reworked and arranged as a tattoo piece.

I placed the waterside wood, reeds, and low washes of water together so the quiet wetland scene could flow naturally on the body.

It may not have the vivid, exotic feeling of a tropical sea, but I find the calm atmosphere of East Asian freshwater landscapes just as beautiful in its own way.

고전 물새 그림의 분위기를 바탕으로, 타투 도안으로 옮기며 다시 정리한 작업입니다.

물가의 나무와 갈대, 낮게 번지는 물결을 함께 두어 조용한 습지의 장면이 피부 위에 자연스럽게 이어지도록 구성했습니다.

열대 바다처럼 화려하거나 이국적인 풍경은 아니지만, 동아시아 민물가 특유의 차분한 정취도 충분히 매력적인 소재라고 생각합니다.
